Product Warranty

  • All products sold in our online store are covered by a limited warranty from the date of purchase.

    1. Warranty period

The warranty period depends on the type of product:
    • Hydraulic systems for chairs and beds/tables – up to 6 months
    • Electrical devices – 12 months
    • Plumbing components for hairdressing wash units – 3 months
The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects caused by material or production faults.
Any defects discovered during this period will be repaired free of charge.
After a warranty repair has been carried out, the warranty period remains unchanged and is not extended.

    2. Warranty service conditions

To use the warranty service, the following must be provided:
    • proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation)
    • the product with all its components
Only clean products are accepted for warranty service.
The Buyer must deliver the product for warranty repair using their own transportation.
    The costs of:
    • delivering the product for warranty repair
    • collecting the product after warranty repair
    • product replacement or return
are covered by the Buyer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

    3. Warranty repair procedure

If a defect appears during the warranty period, the Seller will:
    • evaluate the defect
    • arrange warranty repair
    • eliminate manufacturing defects
A used product with a defect will primarily be repaired.
Such products are generally not replaced or refunded unless the defect cannot be repaired.
Products for warranty repair must be delivered and collected at a pre-agreed address in Lithuania.

    4. Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
    • proof of purchase is not provided
    • the product has been mechanically damaged or intentionally damaged
    • the product has been used improperly or not according to its intended purpose
    • the serial number, seal, or identification label has been damaged or removed
    • the defect was caused by liquids, insects, or environmental factors
    • the defect was caused by electrical voltage fluctuations
    • electrical components were exposed to moisture or liquids
    • the device was stored in freezing temperatures
    • non-original or uncertified accessories were used
    • unauthorized modifications or repairs were performed

    5. Warranty exclusions for certain parts and consumables

    The warranty does not cover:
    • parts subject to normal wear and tear (cables, wheels, upholstery, accessories, etc.)
    • replacement bulbs
    • plastic components
    • additional accessories
    • consumable parts.

    6. Natural material changes

Color changes in white products (yellowing or darkening) caused by:
    • natural material aging
    • sunlight exposure
    • humidity
    • temperature fluctuations
    • cosmetics or cleaning products
are considered natural processes and are not treated as warranty defects.

    7. Furniture use and maintenance specifics

After disinfecting furniture, it must not be immediately covered with plastic film.
Failure to follow this recommendation may cause a so-called “greenhouse effect”, where moisture and covering may cause temporary surface reactions. Such changes are not considered warranty defects.
When choosing white furniture, the operating conditions should be considered, as these surfaces are more susceptible to stains, yellowing, or other natural color changes, which are not considered warranty defects.

    8. Additional provisions

The Seller is not responsible for slight differences between the product images displayed in the online store and the actual appearance of the products (color, shape, or other parameters), which may occur due to the Buyer’s display or screen settings.
