Ordered products are delivered within 5–9 business days after full payment for the order has been received. The delivery time may vary depending on product availability in supplier warehouses, order size, delivery location, and the workload of logistics partners.
Delivery Partners
We use reliable courier services for product delivery: DPD, ITELLA, RABEN and DACHSER. The courier service is selected depending on the shipment size, weight and delivery location.
Delivery Time
- Orders are delivered on business days
- Delivery hours: 08:00 – 17:00
- No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays
Order Processing
Order processing begins after the full payment has been received. Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, the customer may receive shipment tracking information to monitor the delivery progress.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that you provide a correct delivery address and phone number. The courier may contact the recipient before delivery to coordinate the delivery time.
If incorrect or incomplete delivery details are provided, the delivery may be delayed.
Receiving the Shipment
Upon receiving the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the package. If any damage is noticed, please inform the courier immediately and note it in the delivery documents.
Large and Heavy Shipments
Large or heavy shipments may be delivered using freight logistics partners such as RABEN or DACHSER.
Please note that according to applicable regulations, couriers or drivers are not obligated to lift, unload or carry goods to apartments or inside premises if the shipment weight exceeds 30 kg.
If needed, you may order a carrying service for an additional fee.
We also recommend ensuring that someone is available at the time of delivery to help move the goods to the desired room or location, especially if there is no suitable access for freight elevators or direct vehicle access.
Possible Delivery Delays
In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to logistics disruptions, high order volumes, transport conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be informed about possible delivery time changes.
